UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

We sure hope that you'll love and be satisfied with all Patronne pieces. However, in the event that you feel like you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days providing that it is new, and tags are still attached.

Although it's totally fine to try your new items on, (of course you'd love to see how they look on you, right? 😉), but a workout session or a trip to somewhere on it is a No-no, please. :)

As thorough as we can check every bits and pieces of our products before packing, sometimes items that aren't completely 100% slipped through our hands. If you think you received a faulty item, please email returns@patronne.store with your order number and photos that clearly shows our logo and where the fault is.

General wear and tear over time, damage caused by incorrect washing, neglect or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you are unsure about anything, simply send us an email and we will be very happy to assist you.

If it is a return or exchange for a store credit, we'll be happy to cover the return shipping for you, however if it's a refund, we will minus a $9.95 flat fee to cover the shipping.

 

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN

  •  If you think you received a faulty item, please email returns@patronne.store with your order number and photos that clearly shows our logo and where the fault is.
  • All returns are sent to and processed in our facility in NSW.
  • There is no expiry on store credits, however they should be used in the one transaction only.
  • Before you return your item, please make sure you have attached the return label that was provided when you finished your return otherwise we won't know if it's you.
  • If it's good to go, then please drop it off at any Australia Post location.
